TagBookkeeping for property owners

Keep the books for every property. Without the spreadsheet.

Tag imports your bank and card statements, lets you tag each transaction with a single keystroke, and has CAM, cash-flow and loan reports ready when your tenants or accountant ask.

Why Tag

Built for the way property owners keep books. Not a general ledger with real estate bolted on.

Faster with keystrokes

One key tags a transaction and the next one is ready. No dropdowns, no copying formulas down a column.

Organized by property

Every transaction belongs to a property or business, with CAM lines, projects and loans set up the way you think about them.

Ready for CAM reconciliation

Mark which expenses tenants share as you tag. The CAM report totals them by line for each property.

Shared with your team

Invite partners and your accountant by email. Choose who can edit and who can only view.

How it works

From bank statement to report in five steps.

01

Import statements from any bank

Drop in CSV files from your bank and card accounts. Chase is read automatically; for other banks, match the columns once. Duplicates are skipped, so overlapping dates are fine.

02

Keep properties and businesses separate

Set up OpEx by CAM line, with a flag for what tenants share, CapEx by project, income, and excluded items like transfers. Each account has a default property.

03

Tag each transaction with one key

Press a key, pick the line, and the next transaction is selected. On a phone, swipe a row instead.

04

Let rules handle the regulars

Make a rule from any transaction, and next month's charges from that vendor arrive already tagged. For everything else, you get a suggestion you can accept with A.

05

See the full picture

Income, OpEx, CapEx and debt service down to cash flow, for one property or all of them. Download CAM, cash-flow and loan reports for tenants and your accountant.

Who it's for

Made for small teams that own and manage property.

Property owners

See what each building earns and costs, and have CAM numbers ready before tenants ask.

Small landlords

Keep a duplex, a few rentals and your own business apart without a separate spreadsheet for each.

Bookkeepers and accountants

Get tagged, labeled books and a Schedule E summary from clients, with view-only or edit access.
